
Just yesterday, I found myself standing outside the office, staring at a locked door and an empty pocket where my keys should have been. The morning started like any other, but this small mistake quickly unraveled into an anxious spiral. I worried about missed calls, upcoming appointments, and the ripple effects of being locked out. As the minutes ticked by, my anxiety climbed, filling my mind with "what-ifs."
